We recommend moisture wicking athletic attire that is easy to move in.

You are welcome to bring your own mat. We do have mats available to rent.

Infrared heat warms the body from the inside out helping to get your blood flowing and muscles limber. Infrared heat doesn’t blow hot air on you, instead it feels like the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Flexibility is just one aspect of practice. All poses can be modified to the individual allowing flexibility to increase over time. It is important to balance flexibility with strength and both can be achieved through yoga.

We recommend you give yourself at least an hour before class for your food to digest. Hydrate before, during and after class and throughout the day as well.

We recommend arriving to class 5-10 minutes before its scheduled start. If this is your first time to our studio, we recommend 10-15 minutes so that we can sign you in and get you situated.

No cell phones are allowed in class and we recommend leaving your phone in your car. Accomodations can be made if you are on call or are required to be by your phone.
